I accept payment from all major credit cards through PayPal
\nYou do not need an account to pay by PayPal.<\/p>\n

Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the secure sockets layer protocol (ssl).<\/p>\n

Shipping<\/strong><\/h2>\n

All orders with the occasional exception will ship within 7 business days.
\nIf your package is a gift and you would like to make arrangements to have it ship earlier, please send us an email and we will get working on it right away.<\/p>\n

Arrival times vary by destination.
\nDelivery can be expected within 10 working-days within Italy.
\nI will contact you if a delay is anticipated.
\nInternational orders vary but generally take longer to arrive, please expect to receive your package in 20 working-days.<\/p>\n

I use Poste Italiane for all orders.<\/p>\n

Each piece is packed with care, wrapped in bubble wrap, packed in foam peanuts and double boxed, if necessary.<\/p>\n

What about customs duties?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Some larger orders may be subject to customs duties\/tax when they reach their destination.
\nAny duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by liviamarasso.it for any reason.
\nIf you are an EU resident you should not have to pay tax on your order.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\nIf you find there is a problem with your order please email me so that I can find a solution.
\nChoose carefully before purchasing.
\nIf you are at all dissatisfied with the items you receive, please contact me immediately.
\nRefunds are only possible if you receive damaged goods.
\nPhotographic evidence of damaged goods and packaging must be supplied.
